About CORPUS EDAX
CORPUS EDAX is a cool first-person melee RPG set in a retro-futuristic city that’s on the verge of a revolution. You will be using your body, random weapons and some clever thinking to survive. The game has a Skills and A.G.N.I.S. system (Allure, Grit, Nerd, Intuition, Strength) that lets you get creative.
Need to get past a locked door? You can hack it, pick the lock, smash it, or even charm a guard to let you through. You can also place objects to make your own path by climbing or jumping over fences and the dialogue system is tied to your character’s stats, giving you special options or letting you skip it all if you want.
The world reacts physically too—throwing a chair or pipe at someone will hit them exactly where you aim, and they will react accordingly. Your choices in the game will also shape your personal reputation as Insightful, Impetuous, or Altruistic, opening up new dialogue options depending on your actions.
You can play stealthy, focusing your Skill Points on stealth and athletics to move quietly and faster, or go full combat with all your points in Grit and become an unstoppable fighter. Not into fighting? Put your points into Allure and Intuition to talk your way out of trouble and avoid confrontation altogether.
Almost 100 years ago, humans left Earth after it became unlivable and accidentally found a new planet, which became home. A new city was built, named “Corpus Edax,” where strict rules were enforced. Waking up from a coma, you find yourself in this divided city, where you can either fight for justice or your own freedom.
How to Download & Install CORPUS EDAX
