About SCOURGE OF THE VILLAGE
In the game, you step into a village that’s been abandoned for over a decade, all because of a massacre that wiped it out. As you play you find yourself drifting between reality and dreams, trying to piece together the truth.
Chen Xi, the main character, returns to this ruined village, and as he digs deeper, two seemingly unrelated cases begin to unfold, revealing a hidden story, throughout the game you are constantly pulled between what is real and what is not, making it a pretty mind bending experience.
The puzzles are packed with traditional Chinese folklore, like the Five Elements, Bagua and Yin and Yang, adding a unique twist to the gameplay and these elements not only enhance the story but also keep you engaged with their cultural significance.
To progress you will need to connect clues you uncover throughout the game. You’ll drag, combine, and rotate text entries to change the scenes and make sense of the mystery. Each move you make brings you closer to solving the puzzles and getting to the bottom of the truth hidden within this eerie, dreamlike world.
By the end you will have to piece together every clue, solve every puzzle and uncover the truth behind the tragedy that took place in the village.
How to Download & Install SCOURGE OF THE VILLAGE
