About ECHOES OF THE BACKROOMS
E.O.T.B is a first-person psychological horror game with a cool twist—the Backrooms theme. If you are into the creepy vibe of liminal spaces you will love this one. I wanted to create something that is not just scary but also cinematic, so I made my own eerie version of the Backrooms.
You will be playing as Oliver, a mechanic in a top-secret underground lab, this lab is run by a shady organization trying to build a time machine. But things go wrong when one of the machines malfunctions, opening a portal to the Backrooms, a weird place where time and space do not play by the rules.
Your mission is to find a way back to reality or get lost forever in this twisted dimension. Just a heads up, I made this game all by myself from scratch, so it wasn’t easy to hit this level of visual and sound quality.
I’d really appreciate it if you could cut me some slack on things like translations that might not be perfect (they are machine-translated) or a graphics tool that’s a bit tricky to use. Echoes of the Backrooms is built with Unreal Engine 5.3, and I focused a lot on creating an atmosphere with stunning visuals.
I used the latest tech like Lumen for next-gen 3D lighting, immersive 3D sound from Microsoft’s Project Acoustics, and even Dolby Atmos for mind-blowing audio. Plus, with NVIDIA’s DLSS and NIS, the game runs smoother without losing any visual quality. The menu might seem a bit complicated, but it’s packed with options to tweak the game just the way you like it.
How to Download & Install ECHOES OF THE BACKROOMS
- So, click on the download button available below and upon clicking it you will be taken to the website (PixelDrain) that hosts the pre-activated game file.
- However, there you will find a download button click on it and the game will start downloading. Then wait for it to finish downloading. In some cases, there will be a timer so you will have to wait. After that timer ends then you will have to click on the download button.
