Help: Having issues running a downloaded game? Follow these troubleshooting tips:
- Before you download games make sure to turn off your virus and Windows Defender. Sometimes they mistakenly flag crack files as dangerous. Therefore, Stop them from running. If this happens check your virus vault for quarantined files to avoid having to download everything again. To keep things simple consider adding your game folders to the exclusions list, in your virus software.
- Make sure to look for directories and install any runtimes, like DirectX, Visual C++ and.NET Framework. This usually fixes the majority of DLL errors that are missing.
- Try running the games, as the administrator of your system to resolve any issues related to game saving. Simply right click on the game executable. Choose the ‘run as administrator’ option available there to run the game as the Admin.
Note: Errors related to “hotlink protection” happen when you try to copy and paste download links from our website. Additionally, it seems that the Brave browser is presently unable to access and download our files. Therefore, use Chrome or Edge.
Precautions for JDownloader users: To download files simply copy the direct download URL from your browser’s Ctrl+J dialog of using the link. Then paste this link into JDownloader to avoid any hotlink protection problems.
